Item visibility

The default status of an item visibility is “Public”. 

You can change that in the item editor window under the “Visibility” section. 

Validation

The workflow allows the library staff to keep track of the information uploaded into the Pure system

Changes you make to your list of publications will carry a “For validation” status until a librarian is available to verify the details. Once the changes are verified, the item’s status will change to “Validated” and the changes will be visible on the portal.
