Library Opening Hours
Effective from September 1, 2025, until the start of the 2025-2026 academic year:
Sunday - Thursday: 8:30 - 19:45 (Closed on Fridays)
The library is open to the general public.
The library is open with access to all reading halls for seating, book access, and study room reservations.
Opening Hours:
Sunday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 21:45
Friday: 8:00 - 12:45
Please note: Until August 30, 2025, entry is restricted to the Ben-Gurion University community only (upon presentation of a valid ID).
The Medical Library will now operate within the Central Library!
The Medical Library will operate from now on, and until further notice, in the Central Library.
Opening hours: Sun-Thurs 8:30-19:45
Circulation & Reference Desks: Sun-Thurs: 10:00-14:00
You can study in the reading rooms at the Aranne Library
Opening hours: Sun-Thur 8:30-19:45
Books can be returned to the library on the Marcus campus at any time of the day.
Book drop Boxes locations:
The Gate of Knowledge (Rager St.) - 24/7
Aliya Gate (Ben Gurion St.) - subject to the hours of operation at the gate
At the entrance to Aranne Library - during the library's operating hours (8:30-19:45)
